Cell C Absolutely Pathetic

So I ordered the new iPhone 11 pro through the cell c Call centre , half way through the process I decide to cancel as it was to much of a hassle and I would go to cell c branch to get the phone. When I got to the branch I found out the call centre agent by the name of Cindy has processed the phone on my account even though I’d specifically told her not to. The people in the store could not help me told me to call the customer care. Which I did and not one person can inform me on anything. All they do is transfer you around from one department to the next . All they do know is that it has been processed and will be delivered .They can’t tell me where it’s going to be delivered .I was told to expect a call from sales department to correct this error and haven’t received anything.
