Cell C Absolute joke!!!!!!
If i could give them a minus rating I would because they take my money every month and give me sweet F$%k all service, its honestly no wonder why they are on the verge of Bankruptcy. Guys please don't be ******* into the their packages like I have. I'm stuck in a with a 2 year data contract with these ******* and I literally have no network 90% of the time, the network speeds are so shockingly slow that the network is not even usable, not even able to stream movies. I pick up full 3G+ and a bit of 4G where I stay (this is also shown on their network coverage map) , and I stay in the east rand so surely i shouldn't have these issues. This is the 3rd time I've complained but nothing has been done, so please just a fair warning to anyone looking at taking out a data contract with this dog show of a company, their prices may be better than every other network but theres a good reason for that, rather pay a bit more and go for another network. Ive now had to take another contract out with MTN as the cell c network is absolutely useless and Im now paying every month for a service which iIdont even recieve (*******). To put things into perspective, on speed tests i get over 20 MB/S with MTN and with cell c I get about 0.2MB/S if Im lucky, mathematically speaking MTN is 100 x better than cellc , so clearly its not worth going with cell c ps , F%&*K you Cell C you *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

15 Feb 2020, 18:13Over a year, that's why I have given up!!!! And everyone in my area (Brakpan North) is experiencing the same problem. Now the latest problem is that the tower completely F@$Ks out and I sit without any signal at all for hours, cant make phone calls, nothing , which is great because besides the absolute useless data contract I now cant even use the minutes and phone that i pay for every month as well now which is great seen as its a business phone, Ill now have to do a sim swap with mtn just so i can use it, paying over R1000 a month for sweet f$3K all!!!! Not sure why Ive wasted my time responding to this message as i know you guys dont care and absolutely nothing will be done about it.
