Cell C above /No Law???.
<p>We are trying to upgrade. For this first time in20 years we have been referred to the legal department. The Legal department that does not exist...You hold on for 1hr and 15 minutes and then you dial again...for 30 minutes. Should I change my service provider as this has been going on for 2 months. Even their "contact us" on their Web page is not returning the calls. </p>
