Cell C - Ab****nt Customer Service and Integrity
Pathetic customer service. Several emails providing all required documentation including COA, and all they do is move you from one new CS Agent to the next and then back to the beginning.

I want a copy of my voice recoded contract, as per your Cell C Woodmead Branch my contract was taken-out online (some of your HO contact centre agree some don't - clueless).
I am disputing an automated increased.

Your team can try me again on the same number - ***, before 09h00 this morning or after 16H00. I saw a call yesterday at about 16H00, but was in a meeting. For the record, your team tries and calls once and then closes the query which is also pathetic.
