Worst service from cell c . They do not respond to anything in a rush .

I have been debited in Jan for Dec & jan as I missed the dec payment , and then I use easy pay on the app to go and pay the excess I owed over December the. They go a debit me for the two months and say they can’t find my easy pay amount which I have asked them to give back to me , as I have now over Paid .

Bear in mind now my service is suspended and the only form of communication I could send was to send Emails . 30 emails no response! I the eventually call them and I get told that after 4 days they cannot find any easy pay payment yet this is already off my account.

After all this fussy 3 case numbers later I get told that they will only call me 2days after my updated case number . Still no communication about my credit R6840 later ! Just want my extra payment to be paid back .

This is to much to follow up on money that I’m owed . Will definitely be changing service providers
