Worst customer service.

ive upgraded to a new device a laptop when i recieved the laptop it didn't even go on. i phoned numerous times to return the device i just get cut off or transferred to various departments, after almost a year i managed to return the device. after that i recieved an sms for a replacement device.

Nobody from cell c contacted me so i phoned in with the reference number i recieved on the sms and i ordered my self a replacement laptop. now i am paying for two laptop because the replacement laptop is now a new contract ive phoned in but nobody is able to help me.
