I am disgusted, I bought an insurance policy with my cell phone contract against theft and after having my phone ******, CELL C are being completely dishonest in not honoring the insurance with all sorts of excuses.

I recommend CELL C to anyone who wants to get a bad deal or worse! :-(((

Cell C did contact me, but were of very little assistance. They stated that they didn't have stock of the phone which was ****** and since I am not happy to accept one of a lesser value, I would have to wait until they did get stock of one equivalent to my ****** one.
This is a blatant lie, as I have checked with other Cell C stores and they do have stock.

Still Disgusted!!!
