Cell c

Cell c is really frustrating and exhausting with their questions that are not helping my situation. I went to two cell c stores looking for help and they told me they can't help me and said I must try customer service and when I call customer service they told me to go to a cell c store clearly I'm being made a fool here. All I wanted was a simple sim swap and provided the information I have the best way I can but they keep telling me its wrong! They ask questions that instead of helping they are blocking me, this is ridiculous really! You must review the way you give services because it is not helpful at all.
