Cell C

I had a wifi contract with cell c, after 24 months I cancelled but they convinced me to stay with new lower price since I was now paying for the sim only and not the router. They told me I could cancel anytime, which I did and had to give 30 day notice, no stress. On their last debit the debited double the amount, because I'm a good citizen I didn't reverse it, I called their customer care line, even got a reference number for my query. I followed up only to be reansfered from one agent to another and then the phone line gets cut off while I'm still waiting to be transferred to someone who will help. I've heard people say Cell c is a S**t provider but I've seen it myself
