cell c a total *******

Cell c is a total ******* and is not recommended to anybody. They claiming money that doesn't even belong to them. They charging me for two months that I never even had my sim card due to them unable to do a sim swap. Last week Monday a cancellation was required and since havent heard anything from them. Today they claiming they still can't due the sim swap due to outstanding fees in which I'm now suppose to pay for data mins n sms that I hadn't even received. Iv done the 1st cancellation 3 weeks ago and now I'm told they need 1month notice so I'm suppose to pay for that as well. They are a total ******* and I hope no one else has to pay for things cell c doesn't give.
