Cell C a total *****

Thank you for giving me another opportunity to share my experiences with Cell C. Since I contacted you Cell C has tried to reach out to me about a week ago concerning the fact fact that they totally forged my contract. I waited a bit longer before contacting you again hoping we'll somewhat come to some sort of accommodation. They invited me to come see them last Friday, May the 10th but unfortunately nobody was there to see me despite the fact that we confirmed the appointment. I did notice however, the presence of a large number of SAPS officials outside, din't know what to make of it. I honestly was not feeling too optimistic but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Previously they tried to strong-arm me by getting some other company called Nudebt to debit my account, so I'm hoping people will see them for who they really are. My biggest frustration is they never once tried to resolve my issue besides debiting my account. I really did have a soft spot for Cell C in the past but all that goodwill is being wiped out because of their actions or lack of. I feel like I been taken for a ride by Cell C and being made to pay for it.
