CELL C A ******* OUT OF BUNDLE/Pathetic service

<p>Pathetic, i regret the day I changed from MTN, you guys are up the poll.</p> <p>Service at call center is up to ****. Network drops call all the time.</p> <p>I get very irritated that I have a 250mb monthly package, and you see fit to charge 1.30 per meg when I am out of bundle, but will not allow me to load data remotely from my cellphone without going through the arduous process of calling your call center everytime. So Basically I need a security check to buy a R149, 1 gb of data but you are quite happy to charge me 1.30 per meg when I am out of bundle which translates to R1300 per gb of data, how is that fair or ethical. I have decided not to move anymore of my business lines across to you and will rather continue with our current service providers, I will also endeavour to tell every person I knowe what pathetic servic and what a ******* Cell C is! Unbelievable, and when you say this to your useless call center agents they have no comprehension at all!! Good luck cell C!</p> <p> </p>
