Cell c a *******
I went into a cell c store today asking them for my settlement amount on my contract which I would like to pay up and close. The guy advised me the amount and I would need to give 30 days notice for.why?? I want to pay up my account why do I need to be liable for a further 30days it’s *******. I am willing to pay the amount owing and close I’m not paying anything further for the 30 days.

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement
is cancelled.
