Cell C a poor network provider!!!!!

Cell C customer service is the absolute pits, I received a cellphone that I had taken out on contract, upon delivery - the screen was completely shattered. The delivery service is refusing to take any accountability. I called the customer service line to no help, messaged cell c on IG and twitter and still ignored. The damages to the phone are to the amount of R12 000. I have not even used this phone at all. Please can someone help me get to someone at cell c who can escalate this issue. I am out of options and feel very abused by this network and its nonchalance stance on my issue
