CELL C A NO GO AREA IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU

I WAS HAVING THREE CONTRACTS WITH CELL C OF WHICH ALL THEM I HAVE PAID IN FULL BUT FOR ME TO GET A PAID UP LETTER WAS A STRUGGLE IT WAS A STORY AFTER THE NEXT I WAS FIRST TOLD THERE WAS A RE REIMBUR*****T THAT IM SUPPOSED TO GET BUT AS I WAS STILL WAITING FOR THAT I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME MADE A MISTAKE IM ACTUALLY THE ONE WHO IS OWING CELL C R499 OF WHICH I PAID BUT THERE WAS STILL NOPAID UP LETTER THEN I WAS TOLD TO PAY R178 BUT STILL NO PAID UP LETTER ANOTHER R499 NO PAID UP LETTER R178 NO PAID UP LETTER R649 NO PAID UP LETTER R499 NO PAID UP LETTER R178 NO PAID UP LETTER WHEN I SHARE MY STORY AT WORK I WAS SHOCKED TO DISCOVER THAT THREE OF MY COLLEAGUES WERE SHARING SAME SENTIMENTS ABOUT CELL C ALL I SAY PEOPLE OF MY COLOUR(BLACKS) MUST JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP BECAUSE I BELIEVE IF I WAS NOT BLACK I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ATTENDED TO DIFFERENTLY WHAT FRUSTRATES ME MOST IS THAT THSI EVEN REFLECTLS FROM MY CREDIT BUREU

i just want to congratulate a good service that i got from Tshepo Khumalo from your legal department what has been a run around for months takes him less than 10 minutes to resolve people like him need some recognition he has knowledge of what he is doing unlike several of staff members whom i have been communicating with all along. keep it up the good work bhuti lets show the nations that blacks are also capable of delivering a better service. Another round of applause for Moses Mo***eng from your media relations side he has been a great help in me getting assistance from what has been a problem for so many months , he loves what he is doing because i have been getting false promises from Cell C that people will call me back but that has changed with Moses because when he didn't get hold of me the first,second time he didn't give up until he reached me and he was so patient in making sure my query has been resolved he also take his time to say if it not resolved within a certain period of time i must not hesitate to contact him . Keep it up the good work as well bhuti blacks are not failures they are more than capable thanks once more i so wish your company can recognise the good work you are doing. God bless you both
