Cell- C - A new Fibre linked ****

New Cell-C **** on Fibre.

I subscribed to Cell-C for fibre a year back and they sent a SIM card with the router - just in case there are problems with the fibre. A year later, they have now started billing me for the 1 GB of data they supp**** with the SIM for the Router - why would I need this if the router and fibre work fine ? I've never used it or needed it. I never asked for this or agreed contractually to pay for it - another Cell- C money making racket to unsuspecting customers.

Further, try and cancel the SIM no ********** 681 and you get bounced from pillar to post in Cell-C as no one knows what to do. I now have to wait 30 days to cancel it - although I never asked for it and they will still bill me...... What a bunch of con artists !!!!
