cell c a lot of ******

Purchased R149 data on my account I didn't get the data despite about twenty emails to cell c telling them I cannot answer their calls as I cannot hear on the phone they ask me for my banking details and proof of payment which I sent them then they still don't refund !!!!! Talk about a lot of ******
