CELL C - A DYING COMPANY

So, day 1 of lockdown level 4 and need to get a contract phone from Cell C fixed. One would think that after losing a month's business these guys would be ready and jacked to service customers. But no, not one single shop open after visiting 3 different malls...Vodacom and MTN (real cell phone companies) up and running as expected.

I am not sure why and how Cell C continue to exist as a company as their customer service is non-existent. Then made the mistake of phoning the customer service line on 084-135. Bad mistake. Got told by a person pretending to be a customer service agent that they also have no idea what is going on and when the shops are going to be open.

I then tried to contact their technical helpline where another person disguised as a "customer service agent" told me that they don't know what is going on and then promptly cut me off to rate their service. LOL. They got a richly deserved 1 for their effort. Pity that they don't have minus decimal options so that I could below zero.

Cell C...here it comes....YOU SUCK
