Cell C a Disgusting Network

My 24 month cell phone contract expired end of July with Cell C. Up to date they have still debited my account even though they've send me an sms saying my contract expired. Upon querying they said it is my responsibility to contact them and to cancel my contract. If a contract has ended it's finished. This is absolutely day light *******. It's impossible to get through when calling their 084 135 number as no one answers even after 1 hour. I supported them because they came crying that Vodacom and MTN will have the monopoly if they close down. For all I care Cell C can close their business.
