Cell c a disappointment

Very disappointed in cell c service, very surprised in all the many years with cell c I wanna change my network provider after 4 weeks I have been complaining of not having connection on my prepaid number and Noone is assisting me . I need my prepaid number to work why do I not have any network on my *** the last guy that called me said they investigatingwhy I don't have connection but I'm waiting very disappointed that you don't take your customers seriously
