Cell C a DEAD loss

Since Cell C have outsourced their network to MTN nothing works today i am getting a download speed of 0.15 mbps and a upload speed of 17.72 mbps I cannot speak to MTN because i am not an MTN customer and Cell c will not speak to MTN on my behalf This has been an on going problem since May
