Cell C a ******** organization

Cell C are a ******** organization that operate under the pretence that they are a service provider. From inception at the V&A waterfront store to the Menlyn store including the customer service exec. LUCKY MPOFU Cell C has not made good on all there mistakes for 5 months now. Thats 5 months of not having something I have paid for! White collar theft! Cell C shows no remorse for their faults and are happy to take your hard earned money. Processes and communication and accountability is something that needs to be instilled in the organization if a senior manager does not take ownership of a matter that has been escalated to him how on earth are the thousands of front line staff that report to him going to do so if he does not take the lead? Frustration is the order of the day when dealling with Cell C 5 hours on the phone today 5 diffrent stories! Thanks for nothing Cell C!
