Cell C a company that deserves to go bankrupt

This will be my second review on Cell C. I raised an issue 2 months ago, I wrote a review last week on Hello Peter indicating their pure incompetence. A consultant calls me, someone will call you to sort it out and yet again I still wait. Please can someone just assist me to update my account details so I can cancel my account and never have to deal with Cell C ever again!
