Cell C a ces****l of *******ion

Unfortunately Cell C are still very much fixated into dipping into my bank account rather than addressing why they forged "my contract" in the first place. I went into their offices (June 2018) to sign up for a R151 contract and they used arm-twisting tactics (my naivety, of course) to change it to R199 and before I knew what was going on I was R774 out of pocket. This was followed by several other debits of R301. The nerve of it all! Almost every company will read you their terms and conditions prior to signing a contract and not retroactively change their terms., Cell C seems to be exempted from the rule of law. Their arrogance and shamelessness knows no bounds. It's been almost a year since I first raised the alarm and yet, not word from Cell C. If it's not the so-called "bill collectors, or their agents calling to remind me the account is in arrears". Even though there.s clearly an appearance of impropriety, nothing has been done by Cell C. A significant amount of shadiness if not *******ity has taken place, an not a single word from them except countless raids on my bank account. You would think they would turn over every rock to get to the bottom of why this ***** was allowed to take place. Their callous indifference tells you all you need to know about their business model. Accountability doesn't appear to be something important to this company. Someone up or down the chain put in place a series of events that led to a ***** being committed, and that person clearly got a free pass. I'm now convinced that this is how they operate, otherwise this level of ********ity would not be tolerated. Frankly, I've never seen this level of dysfunction. They trying to give this ***** some kind of legitimacy. All wannabe ************ should look up to these guys,. I don't see them as a legit company but a bunch of low lives leeching off innocent people. And that's probably the nicest thing I can say about them. Perhaps they;re waiting for a day in which the sun, the moon, the starts and all the planets are all perfectly aligned before they offer me an apology. Every time I have to write a review, that's time and money I'll never get back. I'm sickened by their dishonesty and lack of care. Otherwise how could they tolerate something that seems straight-forwardly evidence of **********. I cannot tell you who forged the contract but I know they have cameras that can expose the *********. It finally dawned on me that the C in Cell C stands for *******ION and they should re-brand all their merchandise with that slogan.
