Cell C a ****

I had a contract with cell c which ended May 2024....they continued to debit for 4 months and which I kept reversing as my contract with them had ended, I finally made time to go protea gardens mall and was told it was a month to month contract as I have not sent a cancellation, I paid the money that was due for the reversals and was informed that the account will be finally be closed....today I got a call from an attorney that I still owe them yet I went personally at their branch to close that month to month contract. Customers have a right to end contracts, I commited numerous times to your consultants that I wasn't interested in renewing.
