Cell C is one of the worst customer service providers. I have had a problem with one of my contracts for sometime now, be careful as they will send you around in circles in order to not assist with a resolution. I will most definitely be cancelling all five my contract. What poor service!

30 Jul 2025, 13:30One one of my contracts the phone is faulty it was send in the 25 June (Booked in no: GPALB488604)
I was phoned by a lady that told me phone cant be repaired as motherboard went & they can assist with a replacement of a Sonim Xp400 as phone is still under warranty which I have no interest in & not sure why I only get 1 option to choose from. I was then advised I can cancel this contract which has been a month now without a phone as my phone is still with cell c. I wanted to cancel in order to take a new contract so that I have options to choose from. I have been phoning following up & I'm either being told there's nothing on the system, the people I spoke to does not work there, not getting phone calls back or that case has been closed.
