CELL C

Again a debit order went off my account please see my mail to them attached and also note that I have copied the Minister of communication in the mail.

Good day Sir

Please note that once again a debit order went off my bank account for my ex-wife I asked Cell C to stop this as this debit order was authorized by Cell C Long beach Mall without my authorization. As I mentioned I have been divorced from my ex-wife since 2017 and I have submitted proof to your team multiple times. The bank account is in my name and not hers but because she has got an account with Cell C I can’t ask you to remove her account from bank so for me it means that Cell C can go and debit any persons account and they can’t do anything about it cause they not the Cell C account holder, I WANT PROOF WHERE I AS AN ACCOUNT HOLDER GAVE CONCENT FOR THIS DEBIT ORDER

I will now take this matter further I must always pay the bank charges as well its now already R200.

Please note that I have Bcc the minister of communications Minister Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, of South Africa in this mail because I get no positive feedback from Cell C.
