Cell C ‘****’

For a years,I have been paying almost 1k for wifi I can’t use. We checked if we have LTE coverage and was assured we do. We asked if the network is bad and was assured it is the best,is it fast and all that! We had assurances on all our concerns. 6 months later after it had been working seamlessly it started giving us problems. We put in complaints and grievances and was told technicians are working on it. Or we are told to reboot a pocket wifi or given instructions but nothing works! It’s been a year and our usage has significantly dropped because we watch a buffering screen every single day! We asked to be let out of the contract since Cell C had not kept up with their end of the bargain and they refuse. They are stalling and pacifying me with technicians that never help.I believe in the hopes of stalling till the contract ends in the meantime they take my money for free. This is frustrating and I’m at my wits end
