Cell C
Hallo Peter, I have a complaint about Cell C, I had a contract with ceel c for many years, in 2017, the contract came to an end which I called in to cancel same since I did not want to continue with their service for reasons relating to the service I received from them.
I've learnt today that they have listed me for a written off bad debt which I have no knowledge of, amounting to R1,055 which to me is a very insignificant amount of money,

24 Apr 2020, 14:45Yes they did, whilst that is the case I am however unable to give the full details as I do not have and written confirmation since at the time I was employed at Nedbank and the email I was using then was the Nedbank's address.

03 Jun 2020, 11:46I have in two months ago, compamined about Cell C, their last response referred "We will be in touch" dated 26 April 2020 and to this end, I have not received any response from them, it really shows what kind of a mediocre service provider they are.
