cell c

Good Day

Is there anyone that can please help me get my phone back from cell c its been in repairs for a month now first i was told they waiting for spares then i was told my phone was fixed and i could pick it up at the shop when i got to the cell c shop i was told my phone isnt there today i called again and was told that a replacement device was dispatched i have no idea what is happening

i dont understand why im being treated in this manner as a client i have played my part in making sure they always paid on time
