Cell c

I have cellc contract and insurance,now the phone has problems,I want to book it in for repairs,I have been trying from the22 January 2024,I have filled in the form for insurance,they toldme t phone repairs to book the phone in ,since I cannot get to the cell c store and I took the phone on line,I have tried to phone the number provided on my email by insurance company,the consultant ,claim they cannot hear me and dont phone me back but they have my details,now I'm stuck with the phone.
