hey my contract ended with cell c in 2019 and my number was moved to prepaid but now im blackist on ITC.

i log a case with the call centre 3weeks ago but nothing was done . i called again and tried to get thru to the legal department but the call center agent said they not in office and that i wont be able to speak to them.

Your call centre is useless, consultants are not helpful at all. Please can someone contact me on *** seeing that contacting you is nothing but a waste of time
