CELL C

I have been a loyal Cell C client from inception and when I recently lost my phone called the customer care line to block my phone but I apparently failed the Questions and had to visit the store to block my phone. Cell C promised I would get my ITC number within 48 hours. Its now 2 weeks and still nothing. Everyday I call I am told they working on it. Now my Insurance company want to close the case and i will not be reimbursed by my insurance. All because Cell C cant do their job in time i got to bear the losses. Absolutely pathetic.
