Cell c

I lost my phone which was using cell c sim card.. tried to do a sim swap via cell c call center 3 times they could not help me because i can not remember the i last dailed by head ofcouse i wont remember every number on my phone i dnt memorise numbers because i have them saved on my phone. I decided to go to cell c store at festival mall kempton park with my FICA documents still they wanted 5 numbers i recently dailed which i dnt no all those numbers by head. I had that sim card for the past 10years obly for them to refuse me a sim swap such an inconvenience because all my documents CV's etc has that number they refusing to do a swap on. If i knew one day cell c will refuse me a sim swap or have these stupid security checks which dnt make sense i would have long time changed networks. I really dont understand why even the branch itself could not help me while i had my ID Proof of address and tgey can confirm with my ID number that i am the user of that number. What an inconvenience. Whoever uses cell c becareful when u loose your phone doing a sim swap is a pain! I even stopped my family from using cell c number because tgey dont care about tgey loyal clients. A whole 10years using same number only to be refused to use it again!! What a shame cell c!!
