Cell c

Hi I am here by needing help,I have a serious problem with my contract with Cell c I have been running to different stores regarding this problem and there is no one is willing to help me. The Cell c people took the phone because they said they will try to fix the phone here we go they opened the phone and they said to fix the phone it will be R 12 000,I told them that since they said it a common problem that they have regarding this phone I won't be able to pay that kind off amount because it not my fault that the phone is blinking ink on the screen and they said they will bring back the phone which they did and they said I must take back the phone to Samsung repairs Mhlanga because it will be free and I also need to take the contract paper with me,when that take that phone for like 2months and 3weekes.well I went straight to that address they gave me that people from that place they said they can't fix the phone because it was already open by Cell c and they cannot fix it in order to fix the phone they need the amount of money which is R11400, remember when I went to the Cell c store the was another Customer who had the same problem they did help her with the phone.i even ask them about the same customer they said no I have to go to Samsung they will help me there were even sure about what they were talking about,they said that customer got help the at uMhlanga Samsung store repairs.
