Cell C

Hi, I had a contract phones with cell c which I failed to pay along the way because I was unemployed, now I want to pay and close this account now they are telling me different stories. They told me the account is no more with them is with legal department, I call the attorney that where collecting for them , they told me that the account is no more with them in must call Cell C.I call Cell C again they gave reference number and they told me that they will resolve the issue within 2 days now is almost a week.

Please kindly help me to make arrangements to pay this account and the other thing on my credit profile it says I am owing R4200 and my current balance is R2100.
