Cell C ****

I just called Cell C to cancel an expiring contract as at 31 January 2024. I am told they will deduct again in February as I should have canceled in December this expiring contract that we agreed on to be 24 months. Yet the deducting for 25th month. Ngoba kutheni Cell C. Pls explain why I must cancel an expired contract myself when you contacted me yourself. This is a ****
