I wanted to pay and cancel my account. Account is only until next year 2025

They gave me a commitment amount that is higher than what is on my statement I have questioned this. I have asked for this to show on my statement so that I can make payment and they refused. Lady Alix I have spoken to is very rude.

How can they ask me to pay a higher amount when it doesn't show on my statement. No one will just pay a random amount to close their account. Account number ***
