disgusting service and no one knows what they are doing in customer services . I have been with MTN for the pass 11 years and had no problems with them even since I joined Cell C I have been having endless problems with them I have been paying my account on time only to be told my current contract with them have been temperately terminated cause cell c changed my account from being debited to a cash account without notifying me about the account called servile times and was give about 5 different debit collecting company's which none off them had my account. I even left servile messages for someone from Cell C to call me back in regards to how to get my contract back and running till today no one has called back I am the only one calling Cell c for my account. now I have come to a point were I just gave up this fight with Cell C regarding my contract and gona take this matter up with lawyers now cause CellC is very fast to and people over when we don't pay but they can just change our accounts from been a debit order to a cash with out consulting us first this is inability wish I never change my network today I with have still have my contract with MTN and have no issues like Cell C when people tell you about Cell c please listen to them cause they have been through a disgusting service with Cell c that's why hope from hearing from someone from Cell c before handing me over for a mistake on your side
