Cell c

I layed a complaint about cell c on the 7th January about there services and my contract and yet I still don't have the right product and they still refuse to come and collect the goods that they supp**** wrong and they still have the nerve to debit my account, I called in and still no one is able to help me so I reversed the debit and I refuse to pay for something I am not using, I am now fed up with cell c I've tried many ways to resolve this but to no use..... What more can I do so that I can get my correct products???
