Cell C

Good Day I have a contract with Cell C which I am supposed to pay R149 per month. I was charged R253 in July I tried asking for a refund as I did not agree to any contract of R253. I have talked to consultants more that 5 times but they could not help me as they say I upgraded my package. I did not upgrade my package.
