cell c

I had a contract for 5g data paying R205 with cell c which expired on the 22nd April 2019. I called to cancel the contract and I was advised to take a month to month contract for R90 same contract of 5g. I was told I can cancel the contract any day. I stopped using their data as I was experiencing a lot of network problems.

I called in March 2021 to cancel the contract and I was told the debit order will still go off from my account until June. Mid June I received a statement for July which I called cell c on the 17 June 2021 to enquire about this statement. They told me they will investigate and get back to me and they never got back till this day. I have a reference number for the call Ref no. ***.

They are still debiting and they now debited an amount of R1070 for September. I am so sick and tired of cell c
