CELL C

If possible I would rate less than 1! Cell C is the most inconsiderate *********** company to deal with! Regardless of who you speak to, a consultant or if you are privileged enough to manage to talk to a floor supervisor the result is the same. Empty promises made to placate the customer and then nothing further from there. On the 6 of December 2021 a payment of R11500 was made into the cell account in error. We do NOT owe cell c money and yet to date, the 22 nd we have yet to receive any positive feedback as to why a refund has not been action ed. It is ridiculous that a company like Cell C can manipulate and ignore their customer base in the manner experienced. The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I have four contracts currently with Cell C and cannot wait for the day I can get rid of them! *******, ******* service!
