Cell C

Good day

Early February 2023 I received a call from CellC consultant offering me a cell phone, I have accepted the offer because the deal was very reasonable. The following day the other guy called me from the very same company adding another tempting offer, router with data, of which I accepted again. After two days the courier guy called me to deliver the package, he came I was at home and I asked him why was he delivering the router and not the cell phone, he said he will come back with the cell phone, After two days I called Cell C asking them about the cell phone, the respond from Tshabalala was that I didn't qualify for the cell phone only router and data, well I told him that I don't need a router, he said he will cancell the order and he will send the courier to come and fetch it. I've waited until now nothing has been happened, I have written numerous emails to them and they just acknowledge them bustcstill the router is still in my possession, on the 31st of March they deducted R257.00 from my bank account and I went to reverse it from the bank, and I cancelled the stop order, on the 8th of May I received a call from them demanding the payment, I'm so frustrated because I didn't even open their router, its still there and I don't want it, please somebody help me
