Cell C

I received a call from ***. The person asked to speak to Mr van Wyk. I asked what it's in connection with and he replies his contract. I asked where are you calling from and he replies which contract am I calling on. I said I don't know as you didn't tell me where you're calling from. I said Mr van Wyk is not available but you can speak to me and he replies well you are making it really difficult, I was going to give him a new phone free but we'll give it to someone else and drops the phone. If this is the kind of service that I or my husband gets from Cell C's service providers this will be the last contract term. I will not renew my contract with Cell C at the end of the term ot ever again. Needless to say that the number did not appear as Cell C when he called. Thank you Cell C for this kind of treatment for a customer of 18+ years.
