Cell c

So it's me again. After almost 14 months I'm once again handed over to debt collection agencies calling me almost 3 times a day claiming that I must pay Cell C an amount of R823.00 or so. I'm tired of explaining them the same story over and over. CELL C You owe me money, not me owing you. Debiting my account double the contract amount for two months and then debt department debit my account with a further R500 and sneaking in more debits of a R225 here and there. I reverse the debits each time. Each time I go to CellC in Carnival Mall,,,,,the staff shows me on the screen that my account is closed but you CELL C Keeps on handing me over to debt collection agencies. Even Pearson Attorneys sent you legal letters but you still bother me. And my credit rating is getting affected because of YOUR THIEVERY.
