Cell c
Hi guys. I canceled my cell c contract a while ago and I was told to pay R136 as it takes 30 days to cancel. I did all that but however everytime when I phone cell c to check if my account was closed, all they tell me is to pay them in order for them to close it, I told the consultant that I cannot pay for services that I am not using. This has been going on for months now and it is affecting my credit rating. I cannot take anything on credit because of this cell c. What a bad company ??
