Cell C

I am extremely disappointed by the way in which cell c handled my account. I have lodged two cases (case numbers*** and ***) with cell c and have called in numerous times.

I haven't received any feedback from cell c.

To make matters worst, cell c have listed me at the credit bureau, saying that my account is in arrears when the account is actually paid up.

I therefore requested that they have my name cleared immediately, and that you send me a paid up letter. Two months later and they still haven't.

This matter has been dragging for 2 months now and I feel i need to warn other customers out there. I think cell c works on the principle of renew your contract or get listed at the credit bureau.
