Had a cell phone contract with Cell C network. Some of my monthly payments didn't go through during first lock down as it was unexpectedly extended for longer.

Cell C chose to hand me over to their legal department without contacting me about their intentions, but they usually called for other offers.

They locked the device and advised me to fully pay up and the device will be unlocked after. To this day my device is not working and am being transferred to all their departments and no help or way forward since February this year. I did everything they asked from me but they cant do as they promised, to unlock my phone, instead am given a R2000 repair quote. Very frustrating and unfair ...
