Cell c

Hi, I am here because I have a complain about Cellc from Galleria Mall, my boyfriend took a cellphone contact with them,so the phone that he took it the z-flip folder. So since that phone has a folding part it has a problem and we went the to ask if they can help us with the repairs,they said yes it is the common problem that they little have with that phone and what is surprisingly is that we were two customers on that day when I went the at Cell c store ,they did help that customer and we had the same problem with the phone, but they told me that they cannot help me and the gave me an address from uMhlanga Samsung to give them the contract phone and the papers for contract and they said they will be able to help us,and we won't pay an cent because we came with the papers.fine than we went the and we had the problem they said that they cannot fix the phone because it already open,the people from Cell c they have already open the phone. The guy from uMhlanga they phoned them and they denied everything they said they never sent the customer the.well we do have a prof that they are the people who sent us the.than today we ask for contract cancellation they said in order to do that we have to pay R10 000 last time they said we need to pay R12 000 for the phone so that it can be fixed.well we told them that we don't have that kind off the money since we still paying for the contract which is R800 a month,well they end up keeping our phone for like 2 to 3 months. I don't have a phone even now I have to borrow a phone from my siblings at the same time I am paying for the phone that is not working, so today I had to go to Cell c again thinking maybe they will help me instead they did not they are talking in the bad way if you ask for the manager they will say he's not in today.
